A credit card is required to reserve all spa and salon appointments.
Crystallize Spa & Salon is primarily a “by appointment” business, therefore, last minute cancellations can have a great impact to our business and that of our staff.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This gives us ample time to schedule another client. Please provide 72 hours notice for group cancellations.
Clients who fail to show for appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services. First time, no show clients will be asked to reserve their future appointment with a credit card.
Existing clients that are more than 15 minutes late will need to reschedule and will be charged a cancellation fee. This is to ensure that the patients who arrive on time do not wait longer than necessary to see the provider. We will try to accommodate you in the best way possible, but cannot compromise the quality and timely care provided to our other patients.
