A credit card is required to reserve all spa and salon appointments.


Crystallize Spa & Salon is primarily a “by appointment” business, therefore, last minute cancellations can have a great impact to our business and that of our staff.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This gives us ample time to schedule another client. Please provide 72 hours notice for group cancellations.

Cancellation Fee

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours:  $30.00 will be charged.
  • No shows, appointments cancelled upon arrival, and appointments cancelled less than an hour of the scheduled appointment time: 100% of the reserved service amount.
  • GROUPON VOUCHER will be redeemed if no show or cancel less than an hour of the scheduled appointment time.

No Shows

Clients who fail to show for appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services. First time, no show clients will be asked to reserve their future appointment with a credit card.
